Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Unicorn Dreams Hawaii is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Unicorn Dreams Hawaii has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
